Sitewide Visibility Variants

Would love the ability to turn off certain pieces of a section. For example, if you have a section with a heading and subheading, currently if you don't put text in one of those, the div remains and takes up space causing an awkward gap. See screenshots. It would be super helpful to be able to turn certain pieces off so sections become super flexible. Optional CTAs and subheadings, etc. Conditional visibility exists on product pages but this would be more of a sitewide compatibility. This could be a toggle or have it default to remove an element if it is unfilled.
