Press play on filled video

Please give users the option to hit play to start a filled video. Right now a filled video automatically plays a loop, and if a user arrives at the video the video could already be halfway. It does have optional controls for play/pause, but it’s already playing by default. It would be great if it could start playing after that play button has been pressed.

The reason why I’d like over a standard video element in some cases, is because it creates a very clean video interface without too much controls, like the standard video elemement, which is very cluttered.
