Ability to "Pin" tool menus (i.e Layers, Insert) simultaneously for enhanced workspace flexibility.

I would love the option to have both the insert and layers panels open simultaneously. It disrupts my user experience and workflow to switch between them while designing, especially on a large monitor where I have enough space to keep both open. Per
