Auto publish sections with components#195

All sections and pages which contains components now need to be published manually to show the adjustments on the live pages. This is a lot of work and difficult to manage. It would be very helpfull if sections and pages are updated automatically after a component design is updated.
More efficient, less workload, better results.

Automatically could be dangerous if a page in progress of being worked on is automatically published, or other similar scenarios. Rather maybe an option to check to update other pages/sections with the component OR, flag sections that have an out of date component in the layouts panel.
