Start of numbered list#150

It would be great to add support for numbered lists to start at custom numbers, when selecting a text and enable the numbered list option, an option could be available in the hover where you can set the start count. By setting a start count it automatically applies the <ol start="n"> attribute in the background, allowing users to create lists that don’t always begin at 1.

This feature would be especially useful for scenarios like:

• Continuing a list from a previous section or post.
• Representing items that are part of a larger sequence.
• Referencing specific numbered items without needing to renumber everything manually.

For example, setting the start number to 3 in the hover menu would apply <ol start="3"> in the background, generating a list that begins at 3. This would make numbered lists much more flexible and user-friendly for structured content.
